Is it possible to make customized emails when I send Payment Invoices to the customer?

Question: I want to make the email messages appear "personalized" when I send Payment Invoices to the customers instead of using the email template in the app. Can I do that?

Answer: Yes of course! The app provides a template for the emails that will be sent to the customers each time you send a Payment Invoice, but you can edit this email anytime and put in anything you want in there. Check this out: 

Here are the steps:

1. In the order page, click Send Payment Invoice under the More Actions drop-down menu.

2. Enter the email address of the customer in the field provided.

3. Edit the email template as you desire and then click Send Payment Request.

The customer will then receive the Payment Invoice with the customized email that you have created.
